These instructions explain how to prevent emails about new market research opportunities from myfieldworkhub.com ending up in your spam or junk folder if you use Gmail/Googlemail, Hotmail/Outlook.com or Yahoo! mail. If you use another email provider, please refer to their online help documentation.
Note: It is better to use these instructions on a laptop or desktop, if you have access to one, rather than a smartphone or tablet.
Log into your Gmail/Googlemail account. Click on the cog wheel in the top menu bar to open Settings. If you initially see Quick settings at the right-hand side of the screen, click on the button to See all settings. Click on Filters and Blocked Addresses from the top menu of the Settings page, then click on Create a new filter. Type @myfieldworkhub.com in the From line, then click on Create filter. Select Never send it to Spam on the page that appears and then click on Create filter.
Log into your Hotmail/Outlook.com account and go to your Inbox. If you can see emails from myfieldworkhub.com in your Inbox, find the Block menu within the Delete section of the tool ribbon (near the top of the screen) and select Never block sender (if you cannot see the Block menu, this may be because you are displaying the Simplified ribbon. Click on the down arrow at the right-hand side of the ribbon and select Classic ribbon). If you can’t see any emails from myfieldworkhub.com in your Inbox, open your Junk folder from the left-hand menu and look for emails from myfieldworkhub.com there. If you see any, follow the same process to Never block sender.
Log into your Yahoo! account and go to your Inbox. Click on the cog wheel in the top menu bar to open Settings, then click on More settings. In the left-hand side menu click on Filters, then click on Add new filters. Enter something like ‘MyFieldworkHub’ for the Filter name. In the From section, click on Select a filter criterion and select Ends with. Type @myfieldworkhub.com where it says Type a filter value. You can leave the To/Cc, Subject and Body sections of the filter blank. Where it says Choose a folder to move to just above the Save button, type Inbox where it says Folder name. Then click Save.
